Job SummaryThe Email Production Manager (EPM) is the engine of our email marketing operations. You will oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of high-volume campaigns—from technical intake and template construction to QA and deployment. We are looking for a process-oriented expert who can balance technical execution in platforms like Salesforce or Adobe with the consultative skills needed to guide internal stakeholders toward email excellence.Key ResponsibilitiesAct as the primary point of contact for email requesters, communicating confirmed dates, build processes, and timelines to set clear expectationsConsult with requesters to advise on email best practices, confirm project requirements & details, share build process and timelines, and set expectationsPerform technical audits of creative assets to ensure they meet brand standards and technical specifications for responsive design.Build emails in Marketing Creation platforms (e.g., Stensul, Knak) or Email Marketing Platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Adobe) to support email deployments, including usage of content blocks, dynamic content, and personalizationConfigure data setup and deployment detailsTrain other requesters on how to use the Marketing Creation platform and templates; draft job aids to scale trainingConduct rigorous QA testing across various clients (Outlook, Gmail, iOS) using Litmus or Email on Acid to ensure pixel-perfect rendering.Communicate with requesters and email PMO on the status of projects from prep, in-progress and post-send confirmation Distribute performance reports summarizing results (e.g., open rates, click rates, bounces, unsubscribes, and other KPIs.)Lead email channel heath initiatives to improve the email programStrong team member with a positive attitude, willing to help partners and peers to get the job doneMinimum EducationBachelor's Degree/equivalent experience in marketing, finance, computer science, engineering or related business disciplineMinimum ExperienceThree (3) years of experience in a digital marketing or digital product management environment or demonstrated knowledge gained through coursework or work experience in digital product management, and technology supportMore advanced degrees may offset experience requirementsKnowledge, Skills, and Abilities Considered a Plus:4+ years in email marketing operations or productionPower-user experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC), Adobe AJO, Marketo or similar enterprise ESPsHands-on experience with modular creation tools like Stensul or KnakProficiency in HTML/CSS for email (knowing how to fix a broken table is a must) and familiarity with AMPScript or Liquid for personalizationAbility to interpret SQL-based audience segments and translate campaign analytics into actionable insightsDomicile Info: This position will be hybrid in Plano, TX, or Memphis, TN, and candidates must live within a 50-mile radius of either city.
