This role partners with Product and business stakeholders to clarify outcomes, translates needs into technical plans and requirements, governs vendor delivery (scope, quality, timelines), and contributes directly through coding, code reviews, and ongoing platform support in an agile environment.
HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT

Partner with Product, Engineering, architects, and business stakeholders to align scope, sequencing, tradeoffs, solution design, integrations, data flows, and roadmaps.
Define and maintain scalable platform architecture across Automotive Cloud, Experience Cloud, and related capabilities in alignment with Salesforce, integration, and data strategies.
Set technical standards for security, performance, maintainability, testing, documentation, and engineering quality.
Contribute hands-on through design, coding, integrations, automation, code reviews, and support of critical components.
Serve as day-to-day technology owner for outsourced partners, setting expectations, reviewing plans/estimates, validating deliverables, and ensuring scope, quality, timelines, and documentation.
Translate business needs into vendor-ready epics, stories, acceptance criteria, non-functional requirements, solution approach alignment, and definition of done.
Manage governance, risks, issues, dependencies, change control, escalations, and sequencing across internal teams and external vendors.
Maintain application health and continuous improvement through defect triage, technical debt management, patching/upgrades, documentation, knowledge transfer, retrospectives, root-cause analysis, process improvements, and stakeholder communications.
Qualifications
WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE ROLE
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Salesforce certifications and automotive or financial services industry experience preferred.
Minimum 8 years of progressive experience in application delivery, software engineering, technical program/delivery management, or similar roles supporting digital products.

Experience with Oracle databases and Loan Origination Systems (LOS), particularly within credit and funding environments.
Strong knowledge of SDLC practices, agile delivery, release management, change control, technical requirements, solution approaches, acceptance criteria, and quality standards.
Demonstrated experience managing outsourced delivery partners, including setting expectations, reviewing deliverables, managing scope/timelines, mitigating risks, and ensuring quality documentation.
Strong communication, stakeholder management, and facilitation skills, including executive-ready status reporting and the ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams and external partners.
Proactive, detail-oriented, and results-driven with strong initiative, sound judgment, integrity, and the ability to appropriately challenge existing practices.
