The Enterprise Platforms for Integrated Compliant Content (EPIC) team plays a critical role in enabling the creation, governance, and delivery of compliant content across the enterprise. Positioned at the intersection of Product, Compliance, Legal, Marketing, and Technology, the team is responsible for driving scalable, standardized solutions that ensure content accuracy, traceability, and regulatory alignment.

The team supports the end-to-end lifecycle of disclosure fragments and compliant content, improving operational efficiency, strengthening governance, and enhancing audit readiness across the enterprise. Through strategic partnerships and platform modernization efforts, EPIC helps reduce risk while delivering consistent experiences for clients and representatives.

As a Senior Manager, Enterprise Platforms for Integrated Compliant Content (EPIC), you will lead key fragment management capabilities, including intake, governance, assurance, partner enablement, and process optimization. You will collaborate across business and technology teams to drive scalable solutions, strengthen controls, and improve compliant content management practices. This role requires strong leadership, operational excellence, and the ability to translate complex regulatory requirements into effective business processes.

What you'll do

Lead Fragment Lifecycle Management

  • Own and manage the end-to-end lifecycle of compliant content fragments, including intake, change management, similarity assessments, and impact analysis.
  • Drive consistent, efficient, and scalable processes for content updates and maintenance.
  • Partner with fragment owners and key stakeholders to maintain the enterprise fragment inventory.
  • Monitor usage, performance metrics, and compliance with established governance standards.
  • Resolve escalations and drive continuous improvement in governance practices.
  • Lead quality assurance, control validation, attestation, and certification activities.
  • Partner with Compliance, Legal, and Risk teams to ensure content meets regulatory and internal policy requirements.
  • Support audit readiness and ongoing control effectiveness initiatives.

Optimize Processes and Platforms

  • Evaluate operational workflows to identify inefficiencies, reduce manual effort, and improve scalability.
  • Recommend and implement process enhancements and platform capabilities that improve user experience and operational effectiveness
  • Partner closely with Product, Compliance, Legal, Marketing, Operations, and Technology teams to align priorities, manage dependencies, and deliver successful outcomes.
  • Influence stakeholders and facilitate decision-making across multiple organizational levels.

What you have

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor''s degree or equivalent experience.
  • 7+ years of experience in Program Management, Product Management, Operations, Compliance, Content Governance, or a related discipline.
  • Experience leading complex operational, platform, or process-driven initiatives in a cross-functional environment.
  • Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills with the ability to build partnerships across business, compliance, legal, and technology organizations.
  • Demonstrated experience managing governance, controls, audit readiness, or compliance-related activities.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to evaluate business processes, identify opportunities, and drive continuous improvement.
  • Experience balancing multiple priorities and executing effectively in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience within financial services or another highly regulated industry.
  • Knowledge of compliant content management, disclosure management, content governance, or regulatory communications.
  • Experience supporting workflow automation, content management systems, or governance platforms.
  • Familiarity with quality assurance, controls testing, certification processes, and operational risk management.
  • Proven ability to lead change management, training, and adoption initiatives.
  • Experience partnering with Product and Technology teams to deliver platform enhancements and scalable solutions.
