Seeking a remote Sr Director-HR Data Analytics to lead enterprise HR data strategy, insights, and workforce intelligence.
- Owns the analytics roadmap, partnering with stakeholders to inform workforce planning, employee experience, and operational improvements.
- Leads a multidisciplinary team, manages vendor relationships, and ensures analytics practices adhere to privacy, security, and compliance standards.
- Sets the strategy for HR analytics, including dashboards, advanced analytics, and AI use cases, translating insights into actionable narratives for executives.
- Supports forecasting, scenario planning, and workforce strategy via collaboration with cross-functional teams.
- Owns HR data governance, quality, infrastructure, and technology roadmap to ensure accurate, reliable workforce metrics.
