SUMMARY

The Senior Direct Sales (Core) Analytics Manager serves as a strategic partner to the North America direct sales organization, delivering data-driven insights that enhance distributor engagement, optimize performance, and inform leadership decision-making. This role combines deep analytical expertise with strong business acumen to translate complex data across distributor behavior, compensation structures, and sales performance into actionable strategies that drive growth and field success.

This position will report to VP, North America Sales.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Primary analytics partner to North America Direct Sales leadership.
  • Influences compensation design, field strategy, and revenue-driving initiatives.
  • Drive adoption of data-driven decision making across North America Sales organization.
  • Develop and apply deep expertise in Nature's Sunshine's compensation plan mechanics- including rank qualification, incentives, and bonus structures - to model performance, evaluate changes, and guide strategic decisions.
  • Design and maintain custom weekly and monthly reporting on Core business performance including sales volume, distributor activity, retention, rank advancement, and compensation payouts.
  • Conduct ongoing cohort and segmentation analysis of the distributor and customer base; identify trends, risks, and growth opportunities and present findings to leadership with clear recommendations.
  • Analyze distributor behavior - including ordering frequency, average order value, activity rates, and attrition - to surface actionable insights that inform field strategy and incentive design.
  • Partner cross-functionally to support strategic initiatives and influence business outcomes through data storytelling, scenario analysis, and evaluation of proposed plan changes.
  • Build and maintain strategic dashboards and reporting tools that give leadership real-time visibility into Core business health and distributor pipeline.
  • Support go-to-market strategy, promotions, and incentive program design with data-driven analysis and measurement frameworks; evaluate performance and provide post-program recommendations.
  • Run analytics on monthly promotions and incentive programs - measuring participation, sales lift, and ROI - and translate findings into strategic recommendations that inform future promotion design and investment decisions.
  • Foster a culture of data literacy and collaboration across the North America team by clearly communicating insights to both analytical and non-analytical audiences.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's degree or higher required; Business, Statistics, Data Science, Finance, or a related field preferred.
  • Experience influencing senior leadership through data storytelling.
  • 5+ years' experience in direct sales or incentive-based business models strongly preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to understand and analyze complex compensation structures, bonus mechanics, and distributor incentive programs.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel; experience with Tableau, Power BI, SQL, and cloud data platforms with advanced analytics is preferred.
  • Proven track record turning complex datasets into clear, strategic recommendations for senior leadership.
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to connect data insights to field behavior, sales outcomes, and business strategy.
  • Comfortable operating across a broad set of stakeholders including Finance, Field Leadership, and Executive teams.
  • Self-starter with strong intellectual curiosity, high attention to detail, and genuine passion for using data to drive business results.
