The location in Catawba, (South Carolina, United States), is seeking talent to fill the position of Sr Director, AFH Sales. This job is full-time permanent.

Reporting to the Vice President of Sales, Tissue BU, the Senior Director of Sales will have end-to-end responsibility for the sales, business development, and quality organization through 2 direct reports and an extended team of approximately 20 colleagues across a $300M business. This leader is responsible for all Away-From-Home customers across the Jan-San, Redistribution, Institutional, among other channels .

The Senior Director of Sales will be a key member of the Commercial Leadership team and play a critical leadership role for the company. Domtar is in the middle of a cultural transformation, setting their sight for aggressive and dramatic growth. This leader will have primary responsibility for crafting Domtar's overall sales strategic plan, while leading the execution of annual sales objectives to meet the overall business goals. They will develop and execute the sales strategy with a clear mandate to rapidly, yet profitably grow the business through expanding Domtar's customer footprint. This leader must have a clear focus on the customer, and further develop the organization to be customer-centric, bringing the "voice of the customer" into the organization. There is a distinct opportunity to re-think the sales organization's operating model, which will likely require the need to upgrade existing talent.
