The Senior Director, Capital Planning is responsible for leading the enterprise-wide capital planning, investment governance, and strategic resource allocation process for a Medicare Advantage health plan. This executive leader oversees the development, prioritization, approval, tracking, and optimization of all capital investments, ensuring alignment with organizational strategy, regulatory requirements, financial objectives, and growth initiatives.
The role partners closely with executive leadership, Finance, Operations, Information Technology, Clinical Operations, Provider Operations, Risk Adjustment, Compliance, and Enterprise PMO teams to establish a disciplined capital governance framework and maximize return on investment across the organization''s portfolio of strategic initiatives, technology investments, market expansions, and operational transformation programs.
