The Senior Director - Engagement Leader will oversee the partnership with business owners to shape and execute high‑impact AI, emerging technology, and analytics initiatives. This role sits at the intersection of strategy, innovation, and execution, helping turn ambitious ideas into measurable business outcomes.
Leading a team of trusted consultants, you will help your team translate complex and ambiguous strategic priorities into actionable solution designs, align diverse stakeholders, and ensure initiatives deliver tangible business outcomes. As a leader within a small, high‑impact consulting team, you will bridge vision and execution-moving initiatives from concept to reality in a fast‑changing technology landscape.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with senior leaders, thrives in ambiguity, and is passionate about applying AI and emerging technologies to solve meaningful business problems in partnership with others. The Senior Director will be held accountable for defining problem-driven initiatives, securing cross-functional alignment, and managing the governance and prioritization pipeline related to their portfolio of work. This role combines responsibilities traditionally found in engagement management, product management, customer strategy, and internal consulting.
