### What Youll Do
The Senior Director, HR Business Partner for Corporate & C‑Suite functions serves as the principal people strategist and advisor to executive leaders across all Business Advisory functions of the organization. Operating as a trusted confidant to the C‑suite, this role shapes organizational direction, strengthens leadership capability, and ensures the corporate center is positioned to drive enterprise performance. The Senior Director HRBP influences at the highest levels, translating business imperatives into integrated people strategies that enable long‑term success.

### Qualifications
Education ---------
Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree or HR certification preferred. One year of relevant experience may be substituted for each year of required education.
Experience ---------
10-12+ years of progressive HR leadership experience, including significant experience supporting C‑suite or corporate executive teams.
Demonstrated ability to influence at the highest levels and navigate complex, sensitive executive matters.
Expertise in organizational design, workforce planning, executive coaching, and enterprise change leadership.
Strong analytical capability with experience using data to shape strategy and measure impact.
Exceptional executive presence, communication skills, and political acumen.

The successful candidate's starting pay will be based on, but not limited to, their job-related skills, experience, qualifications, work location, and market conditions. The following salary range is intended to display the value of the company's base pay compensation and may be modified at the discretion of the company.
