Salary $230-$250K
BS in Human Resources or years of experience. Minimum of 7-10 years of progressive experience in HR management, with a minimum of 2 years in Manufacturing preferred.
Over 5+ years of experience in management and mentoring HR Department. Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite. In-depth knowledge of California labor laws and regulations. Exceptional interpersonal skills with a proven track record of building effective work relationships. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. Demonstrated ability to build and scale HR functions from the ground up. Innovative and proactive approach to addressing HR challenges and opportunities. Strong skills in analysis and problem-solving.
