The Sr. Director, Legal will play a key role in supporting the company's commercial operations by drafting, negotiating, and advising on a wide range of complex agreements across Sales, Business Development, Finance, and Marketing. This role will also provide strategic guidance on day-to-day privacy, compliance, and operational matters in a fast-paced advertising technology environment.

$230,000 - $250,000 a year In accordance with California law, the range provided is Viant's reasonable estimate of the compensation for this role. Final title and compensation for the position will be based on several factors including work experience and education.
