Sr Director of Sales & Marketing I&CLocation: Remote United StatesSalary: $230,000 - $250,000 + bonusWe are growing in our Nuclear Division! Part of this growth, we have a new and an exciting opportunity for a Sr Sales & Marketing Director to lead and provide strategic direction to the global Sales organization within our Instrumentation and Control business.As the Sr Director of Sales and Marketing I&C, you will be responsible for leading the growth of Curtiss-Wright's Instrumentation and Control products and services to predominantly the nuclear market, as well as a select number of high-performance industrial applications. You will be driving revenue and market share growth, whilst increasing customer engagement and gaining valuable market insight across a portfolio of products, international regions and key accounts.ResponsibilitiesDefine, implement, and evolve the sales strategy for a $200M business unit focused on I&C.Own revenue targets, strategic account growth, and capture of high‑value, multi‑year contracts. Develop sales forecasts and provide input into corporate revenue planning and market‑entry decisions. Provide insight to guide market segmentation, pricing strategy, and go‑to‑market initiatives.Prepare and manage the annual budget and forecast updates. Coordinate monthly input to the forecasting process. Provide monthly management reports containing details of sales activities including major quotations, new leads, top sales prospects, order intake, market trends/insights and visit plans.Build and sustain trusted advisor relationships with C‑Suite, engineering, program and procurement executives across customer accounts ensuring long‑term partnerships. Lead major pursuits and high‑complexity capture efforts, including influencing requirements, shaping bids, and negotiating Division‑wide agreements.Manage marketing communications and attend trade shows, exhibitions, and conferences. Drive pipeline growth through proactive customer engagement, demand generation and bid strategy alignment. Maintain a deep understanding of the complete range of products in terms of functionality, pricing, market position, and competitiveness.Lead and develop a team of sales professionals. Provide coaching, performance feedback, and career development. Ensure that Sales Managers are equipped to respond to customer requests in terms of product literature, presentations, demonstration equipment, etc. Produce annual travel and sales plans, provide regular updates, and approve expense reports.
