Summary
The Senior Director, Social & Influencer owns the strategy and day-to-day execution of Lucky Strike and AMF's social and influencer programs - leading the internal social team, approving creative before it goes live, and managing the social agency relationship that powers content across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube and Reddit. This hands-on, execution-focused leader partners closely with the Content, Social and Growth Strategy Lead to run a high-output social and influencer engine, from creative briefings and approvals through publishing, agency management and creator partnerships.
What You'll Do
- Partner with the Content, Social and Growth Strategy Lead to set format, tone, cadence and growth priorities by platform, and work with the paid agency to run top-performing content through the paid funnel
- Lead the influencer and creator strategy across brands, markets and platforms - sourcing, vetting, negotiating and reporting on campaigns in-house and through agency partners; build influencer agency and talent relationships, a brand ambassador program, and set KPIs for reach, engagement and conversion
- Oversee day-to-day social publishing, community management and social listening across all platforms, ensuring timely, on-brand responses and escalating issues as needed
- Own weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual reporting on social and influencer performance against goals
- Directly manage, coach and develop the internal social team, owning workflow, priorities, the content calendar and performance standards
- Own day-to-day approval of all social creative and content assets, partnering with brand and creative teams to ensure alignment with campaign direction and brand guidelines
- Own the day-to-day relationship with the social content/creative agency, including scope, deliverables, timelines, budget, invoicing and ROI tracking
- Partner with brand, PR, events and performance marketing teams on go-to-market planning and execution for major campaigns and seasonal pushes
What You'll Bring
- 7-10 years of experience in social media, content or influencer marketing, including 3+ years directly managing a team
- Track record of results-driven social media efforts and experience owning creative approvals across a high-volume content calendar
- Experience managing external agencies, including scope, budget and performance accountability
- Deep knowledge of the influencer/creator landscape and social platforms (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Reddit and emerging channels)
- Strong people leadership, organizational and project management skills - able to coach a team and manage multiple workstreams and priorities at once
- Analytical mindset and excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills, comfortable using performance data to guide decisions
- Experience in retail, hospitality, entertainment or multi-unit/location-based brands, and proficiency in Claude, Microsoft Office and project management tools (e.g., Monday), is a plus
- Willingness to travel for quarterly shoots, markets and creator/influencer events

Benefits
This position includes a pay range of $150,000 - $180,000 per year plus bonus.
