• This position is focused on leading multi-site operations in a healthcare environment, requiring expertise in technology integration and support.
• The role is remote and full-time, with a focus on building a team that can scale with business growth.
• Familiarity with technology infrastructure and support processes is essential.
Requirements:
• Experience leading multi-site operations teams through significant growth.
• Proven track record in building high-performing teams.
• Experience with technology integration during M&A processes.
• Strong financial acumen for business case development and execution.
• Experience with vendor management and negotiation.
• Ability to create standards and documentation for support functions.
• Broad knowledge of healthcare IT infrastructure.
Qualifications:
• 5+ years of experience leading field operations teams.
• Experience in M&A technology integration.
• Demonstrated ability to manage budgets and financial planning.
• Experience in vendor management and hybrid delivery models.
• Proven ability to transform reactive teams into proactive ones.
• Knowledge of healthcare IT systems and support processes.
• Comfortable with ambiguity and organizational transitions.
