  • Build, lead, and develop a high-performing Solution Delivery team (program/project managers, business analysts, and scrum masters), establishing career paths, performance standards, and staffing plans.
  • Establish and continuously improve delivery methodology, governance, and PMO standards (Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid), including intake, prioritization, resource capacity planning, and portfolio reporting.
  • Serve as the primary escalation point for at-risk projects; proactively identify, communicate, and mitigate scope, schedule, budget, and quality risks to executive stakeholders.
  • Partner with the CIO and IT leadership team to translate the enterprise technology roadmap and business strategy into an executable, prioritized delivery plan.
  • Manage relationships with systems integrators, software vendors, and consulting partners; oversee statements of work, contract deliverables, and vendor performance.
  • Own the IT capital and project expense budget for the delivery portfolio, providing accurate forecasting, financial tracking, and ROI/benefits-realization reporting to Finance and executive leadership.
  • Drive change management and organizational readiness activities in partnership with business sponsors to maximize adoption of new systems and processes across field and corporate teams.
  • Define and report portfolio-level KPIs and delivery metrics (on-time/on-budget performance, quality, value realized) to the CIO, executive leadership, and the Board as required.
  • Champion continuous improvement of delivery practices, tooling (e.g., PPM/Agile platforms), and cross-functional collaboration between IT, Operations, Finance, and Sales.
