What you'll do:
- Manage daily dispatch for residential & commercial service calls
- Keep technicians on schedule and routes optimized
- Handle high call volume and schedule changes quickly
- Communicate with customers, techs, and leadership
- Support team performance and help drive results
What we need:
- 3+ years HVAC dispatch experience preferred
- Experience with House call Pro or similar software
- Strong communication and multitasking skills
- Team-first attitude with leadership mindset
