    Description

    Responsibilities include:

    • Provide daily technical support for field instrumentation and electrical issues and projects.
    • Approve or reject Preventative Maintenance (PM) and inspection deferrals.
    • Oversee assigned maintenance procedures, ensuring equipment files, spare parts, and BOMs are up-to-date and organized.
    • Monitor equipment obsolescence and upgrades, maintaining information in SAP or equipment files.
    • Complete required Management of Change for maintenance activities, including instrumentation upgrades, solenoid modifications, and calibrations.
    • Troubleshoot equipment issues to aid in job planning, improvements, or repairs, and assist craftsmen as needed.
    • Offer technical support in design and installation for new and modified assets to optimize asset reliability and lifecycle costs.
    • Lead maintenance capital projects for equipment rebuilds or reliability enhancements, utilizing the Clarity tool and following Company Capital Project Work Process.
    • Conduct root cause analysis on equipment failures, issuing reports for management review.
    • Maintain Maximo calibration records and manage RTAC system for primary power distribution.
    • Oversee Universal waste inspections and documentation.
    • Assist with the upkeep of plant electrical schematics and prints.

    Experience with Chemical Manufacturing preferred.
