Lead Safety StrategyPartner with leadership to advise on EHS strategy, compliance, and risk mitigation. Lead and execute comprehensive environmental and safety audits to drive continuous improvement. Develop and deliver safety programs, procedures, and training across the organization. Ensure compliance with all environmental, health, and safety regulations and standards. Manage safety equipment programs and ensure teams are properly equipped. Maintain safety records, documentation, and training systems. Proven experience in EHS leadership within a manufacturing environment. Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations and safety compliance standards. Experience with hazardous waste management and environmental regulations preferred. Demonstrated ability to lead teams, influence stakeholders, and drive safety initiatives.
