Description

  • Act as the primary advisor to leadership on environmental, health, and safety matters, ensuring best practices and compliance
  • Lead and execute comprehensive EHS audits, identifying risks and driving continuous improvement initiatives
  • Develop, implement, and deliver robust safety procedures and training programmes across the site
  • Ensure full compliance with all environmental, health, and safety regulations and legislation
  • Oversee safety equipment programmes, ensuring proper inventory management and availability for all employees
  • Maintain accurate safety records, documentation, and training databases
  • Manage responses to workplace incidents, health and safety concerns, and interactions with regulatory bodies

Profile

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree with significant experience in EHS leadership within a manufacturing environment
  • Proven experience managing teams and driving safety culture improvements
  • Strong knowledge of environmental, health, and safety regulations, including OSHA standards
  • Hands-on experience with audits, compliance programmes, and hazard identification
  • Background in manufacturing safety, with hazardous waste experience preferred
  • Ability to influence stakeholders and drive change across operational teams
