Sr Electrical Engineer

An expanding Power Design company based in Atlanta, Georgia is seeking a Lead Power Systems Engineer. You will be instrumental in delivering top-notch engineering and design services for substation protection and control systems. This role demands a strong technical leader capable of managing complex projects, including utility substations and renewable energy facilities such as battery energy storage systems and solar collector substations. Responsibilities include directing engineering work, maintaining quality and cost-effectiveness, and overseeing project timelines and budgets. You'll also foster business growth initiatives by supporting proposals and cost estimates. Key duties encompass mastering protection schemes, developing SCADA communication designs, and enhancing process efficiencies across design phases.
