Senior Electrical Engineer (Healthcare)
Location: Austin, TX
Salary range: $130,000 - $160,000
A highly regarded engineering firm is seeking a Senior Electrical Engineer to join its growing Austin team. This is a leadership opportunity for a licensed professional who thrives in a collaborative environment and enjoys mentoring junior staff.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead electrical design efforts for healthcare projects (hospitals, ASC facilities)
- Manage and mentor a team of 3-4 designers and EITs
- Review drawings, ensure code compliance, and guide technical development
- Collaborate with internal teams and clients to deliver high-quality solutions
Qualifications:
- Active Texas Professional Engineer (PE) license (required)
- 6+ years of experience in healthcare electrical design strongly preferred
- Proficiency in Autodesk Revit, Bluebeam, and MS Office
- Strong communication, leadership, and mentorship capabilities

- Based in Austin, TX (primarily onsite; occasional remote flexibility)
