Senior Electrical Engineer
We are seeking an experienced Senior Electrical Engineer to lead electrical engineering projects from proposal through final deliverables. This role will develop complete design packages, coordinate with multidisciplinary teams, manage project schedules, and ensure technical quality and contractual compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead electrical engineering design and construction document packages from concept through completion
- Manage multiple projects, priorities, schedules, and deliverables
- Design and review industrial power distribution and motor control systems
- Develop and review contract drawings, specifications, calculations, and technical documents
- Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams, clients, contractors, and project stakeholders
- Perform Quality Control (QC) and Professional Engineer (PE) reviews
- Provide technical guidance, conceptual feedback, and mentorship to engineering staff
- Identify design issues and develop practical, cost-effective engineering solutions
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering
- Active Professional Engineer (PE) license required
- Experience with industrial power distribution and motor control systems
- Experience developing contract drawings and construction documents
- Ability to interpret engineering drawings, plans, and specifications
- Strong analytical, organizational, problem-solving, and time-management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- High attention to detail and commitment to quality
