    10+ Years of professional experience in Design, analyze, and debug analog and digital electrical circuits for motor control and power electronics applicationsExperience with embedded systems, control algorithms, or firmware integrationKnowledge of applicable standards (e.g., MIL-STD, DO-160, EMI/EMC compliance)Develop and review motor controller architectures, including hardware and embedded control conceptsLead technical efforts for motor control systems, from concept through production and sustainmentPerform root cause analysis and troubleshooting at board, system, and integration levelsSupport software-hardware integration by understanding firmware, control algorithms, and system interfacesParticipate in requirements definition, design reviews, verification, and validation activitiesEnsure designs comply with defense industry standards, customer specifications, and regulatory requirementsCollaborate with cross-functional teams including systems, software, mechanical, manufacturing, and qualitySupport customer interactions, technical reviews, and program milestonesGraduate Electrical/Electronics Engineer with relevant experience of 10+ Years#J-18808-Ljbffr
