The Senior Electronics Engineer is a part of our New Product Development team and will help execute designs for Milwaukee Tool’s Plumbing and Electrical products.


You’llalsobe DISRUPTIVEthrough these duties and responsibilities:


+ Executing a lead role for the design, prototype, test and troubleshoot embedded electronics hardware and firmwarefor mid to high complexity projects.

+ Providecandidand effectivecommunications up,downand acrossthe organization onprogress,barrierremovaland escalation of business risks/opportunities.

+ Demonstrate Milwaukee Tools Culture of high performance and agility by independently creating Work Breakdown Structure for your workanddriving to critical milestones.

+ Drive urgency in project schedules and accountability for establishingand achieving key project metrics that meet the organization’s needs. 

+ Serve as a rolemodelMilwaukee Tool’s culture while mentoring, guiding,andcoaching junior Engineers.Growtheabilitytolead andmanage a small team.

+ Use laboratory equipment such as oscilloscopes, power supplies, e-loads, and data acquisition systems.

+ Independently track projects to ensure adherence to schedule and the Milwaukee process.

+ Design and qualifynew designsto applicable regulatory standards such as UL, CEC,CE,and ANSI.


WhatTOOLSyou’llbring with you:


+ Bachelor of Science Degree in Electrical Engineering orrelatedfield. 

+ 5+ years of experience

+ Excellent problem-solving skills,exercisesindependent judgementandworkswellunder pressure in a dynamic environment. 

+ Ability to travel 10% of the time (domestic and international).
