We are seeking a seasoned professional with deep expertise in electrical engineering and substantial experience in managing capital projects. The ideal candidate will engage in multiple projects concurrently, contributing significantly to their coordination and successful execution.
Responsibilities include:
- Overseeing projects from inception to complete implementation, ensuring smooth operations from start-up.
- Providing comprehensive leadership across entire project lifecycles, focusing on cost estimation and scheduling.
- Leading efforts in drawing preparations or directly crafting needed specifications and plans for projects assigned.
- Ensuring adherence to crucial safety and environmental regulations by all team members.
- Collaborating with a variety of groups, such as external vendors, engineering firms, and internal departments, to ensure milestones and goals are met.
- Employing a forward-thinking approach to monitor and direct both machinery and team members, ensuring project continuity and efficiency.
- Offering timely updates and projections to both internal and external stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications:
- A Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering with a minimum of four years' experience in the corrugate industry.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, including drafting skills.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a desirable asset.
