partnering with an innovative manufacturing company seeking an experienced Senior Electrical Engineer to lead the design, development, and implementation of complex electrical systems. This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on engineer who enjoys solving technical challenges, collaborating across departments, and driving products from concept through production. Key Responsibilities
Lead the design and development of electrical systems, circuits, and components for new and existing products.
Oversee projects from concept through production while collaborating with mechanical, software, and manufacturing teams.
Conduct design reviews, troubleshooting, testing, validation, and root cause analysis.
Create and maintain engineering documentation including schematics, BOMs, and test reports.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on reliability, manufacturability, and cost reduction.
Mentor junior engineers and provide technical leadership across cross-functional teams.
Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements (UL, IEC, NEC, FCC).
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
Strong experience designing analog and digital circuits, power electronics, and embedded systems.
Proficiency with Altium, OrCAD, KiCad, PSpice, or similar design tools.
Experience using oscilloscopes, multimeters, logic analyzers, and other electrical test equipment.
Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and project management skills.
Preferred:
PCB layout and high-speed design experience
Microcontrollers, FPGA, or embedded firmware
Automation, robotics, renewable energy, or industrial systems
DFMEA or Design for Manufacturability experience
PE License (or working toward one)
