    • Strong portfolio of commercial, healthcare, institutional, and industrial projects<\/b>.<\/span>
      <\/li>
    • Understanding of design/build project delivery methods.<\/span>
      <\/li>
    • Excellent communication and leadership skills.<\/span>
      <\/li><\/ul>
