We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Electrical Engineer to join our Drive Inverter Reliability Test Team to work on the latest edge of technology drive inverters. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electrical engineering, with significant experience in inverter design and testing. This role focuses on ensuring the reliability and performance of drive inverters for our cutting-edge EV technology.
Design, execute, and analyze reliability tests for drive inverters
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate potential reliability issues
Utilize electronic design software to simulate and troubleshoot inverter circuits
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to Junior Engineers and Technicians
Prepare and present detailed reports on test findings and recommendations
Degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent experience
Minimum of 2+ years of experience in inverter design and testing
Strong knowledge of power electronics and semiconductor components, particularly MOSFETs and IGBTs
Proven experience in the design and testing of inverter circuits
Proficiency in using test equipment such as oscilloscopes, curve tracers, DMMs, hipot testers, and source meters
Familiarity with electronic design software such as Altium, LTspice, etc.
Experience in the automotive or heavy vehicle industry with electric drive systems
Familiarity with reliability testing methodologies and standards
