This includes but is not limited to I-9 verification, E-Verify and affirmative actionEnsure all new hire paperwork if completed and filed in a timely fashionTreat all HR matters as confidential by not sharing private information with othersKeep supervisor apprised of all employee relations trends and issues that may potentially have an adverse effect on company culture or violate legal or regulatory statutes.INTERNAL JOB BIDDING:Posts, evaluates applicant pool and extends offers for internal job bidding positionsSUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES: This job has no supervisory responsibilities.Your Education and Experience.Associate degree required. Three to four years related experience in manufacturing or an office administrative role.
