FWI is building a team to deliver professional and administrative support services for the Court Services and Offender Supervision Agency (CSOSA) in Washington, DC. As a Senior Employee Relations and Policy Specialist, you will provide high-level advisory and analytical support across two critical functions — serving as a subject matter expert in federal employee and labor relations while also supporting program analysis and policy development activities across CSOSA divisions. This role requires deep knowledge of federal HR law, regulations, and proceedings combined with strong analytical and policy development skills.
This position sits at the intersection of two disciplines — federal employee and labor relations and program policy analysis — making it an exceptional opportunity for a senior federal HR professional who also has strong analytical and policy development capabilities. You will have direct impact on how CSOSA manages its workforce, develops its policies, and advances its mission of public safety and offender supervision in the District of Columbia.
FWI is expanding rapidly and has been recognized as a 2024 and 2025 Top Workplace by the Washington Post, offering excellent growth opportunities in a collaborative environment.
