Your Contribution

• Production Technology Development: develop and optimize manufacturing technologies and processes to support product roadmaps and industrialization objectives
• Equipment Specification, Qualification and Integration: support specification, selection, qualification, and commissioning of new manufacturing and metrology equipment
• Automation and Manufacturing Excellence: develop automation concepts to improve productivity, quality, and cost competitiveness
• Supplier Management and Technology Evaluation: participate in supplier scouting, technical assessments, and benchmarking activities
• Project Management: lead assigned work packages within development and industrialization projects
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: work closely with Product Management, Operations, NPI, Quality, Purchasing, and Strategy teams

Your Profile

• Master degree in Engineering
• 10 years of experience in production technology, process development, automation, or equipment engineering
• Proven experience with industrial equipment qualification, production ramp-up, and process optimization
• Experience working with international suppliers and cross-functional project teams
