Sr. Engineer Aveva/Static Equipment/Tank Design

Job Description:
Design experience of ST Heat Exchangers, Columns, Pressure Vessels Storage Tanks.
Good knowledge of latest codes and standards as ASME section VIII Div. 1 and Div. 2, TEMA, and IBR, API TEMA, API 620/650/660, 12F/12D.
Experienced in using the tools PV Elite/Compress/Nozzle Pro
Technical Resolutions with Client and Vendors. Meetings with Client and inhouse departments for resolutions.

Key Responsibilities:
Responsible for individual requisitions for a project.
Mechanical Design for Columns, ST HE and Storage Tanks
Checking Equipment drawings - Inhouse and Vendor Documents
Responsible for Deliverables as per Project Schedule and Work Flow.
Preparation of Individual Purchase Specifications, Technical Bid Clarifications, Vendor co-ordination.
Providing necessary inputs to other departments.
Attend meetings with Client, Inhouse and, also with Vendors whenever necessary.
Attend meetings inhouse and extend to work towards deliverables completion.
Team member for ISO (Quality Assurance) documentation.
Mechanical Design of Static Equipment's viz. Pressure Vessels, Columns, Shell & Tube Heat Exchangers etc. 
Knowledge of different type of MOC's i.e. CS, SS, LAS, LTCS, Cladded Steel etc.
Vendor Document Review for various types of static equipment's & providing approval.
Co-ordinating with Inter-disciplinary departments for the VDR received from different vendors.
