Join us and help shape the future of aerospace and defense.What You Will DoThe CTS engineer works directly with airline customers and engine overhaul facilities and teams up with their respective disciplines to:Understand and implement corrective action for engine related in-service events and hardware issues identified during overhaul.Support MROs to resolve work-stops during teardown and reassembly of engines.Support Airlines to resolve Aircrafts on the Ground (AOGs) and coordinate resolution of service issues.Initiate technical data development of documentation for engine/module piece part inspection and for Engine Manuals (EM) and Aircraft Maintenance Manuals (AMM).Coordinate with the technical publication organization (MDE) and provide direction for all technical publications' issues related to their hardware.Interface with Airbus by providing design, operation, maintenance, and customer service data.Coordinate resolution on hardware investigations (CPRs – Customer Part Returns)Coordinate resolution on Quality Notifications (QNs)Qualifications You Must HaveBachelor's Degree in Mechanical or Aerospace Engineering is required5+ years of engineering experience or 3+ years with an advanced degreeU.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access information under this program/contract.Qualifications We PreferMay have broad knowledge of project management.Prefers substantial knowledge of RTX projects, programs or systems in order to provide enhancements within job area.What We OfferBenefitsRelocation PackageLearn More & Apply Now!What is my role type?In addition to transforming the future of flight, we are also transforming how and where we work.
