This role drives data\u2011driven quality improvements and ensures compliance with AAR, FRA, and company standards.\n \nKey Responsibilities:\n\n Develop and enhance the Quality Management System (QMS)\n \n\n Perform process and product audits aligned to QA metrics\n \n\n Ensure compliance with AAR (M\u20111003), FRA, and Interchange Rules\n \n\n Partner cross\u2011functionally to resolve quality issues\n \n\n Provide technical leadership to internal teams and suppliers\n \n\n Support fabrication sales, design reviews, and customer requirements\n \n\n \nQualifications:\n\n Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field\n \n\n 12+ years of railroad QA/QC experience\n \n\n Strong audit, communication, and problem\u2011solving skills\n \n\n Ability to work in industrial/railroad environments (climb in/under railcars)\n \n\n \nThe physical demands and work environment characteristics described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
