Sr. Engineer

Seeking two Full-Time Senior Engineers for an Integrated Supply Chain - Quality Inspector role in Saginaw, Michigan, with a maximum annual pay of $54,600. The position is onsite only and lasts up to one year.

The role involves inspecting machined parts during production to ensure compliance with drawings and customer specifications using various inspection tools. Responsibilities include approving/rejecting materials, selecting and checking output samples, and preparing inspection reports for the quality manager.

• Perform First Piece, In Process, and Final Inspection of machined components.
• Read blueprints and job instructions for production details.
• Use precision instruments like micrometers, calipers, CMMs, bore gages, and profilometers for dimensional inspection.
• Conduct visual inspections for defects, damage, burrs, and FOD.
• May perform finishing operations or assist with other production tasks.
• Generate inspection and rejection reports.

Candidates must answer "Yes" to pre-screening questions about using bore gages, understanding datum features, blueprint views, and "True Position" symbols. The shifts are first (Monday-Thursday, 6:00 AM-4:30 PM) and second (Monday-Thursday, 4:30 PM-3:00 AM). Citizenship or GC required.
