Seeking a senior level Salesforce Engineer to support and enhance enterprise Salesforce platforms in a collaborative, fast-paced environment. This role involves hands-on development, technical leadership, mentoring, and driving platform improvements across cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities
Lead Salesforce development initiatives and platform enhancements
Mentor team members and support knowledge sharing
Collaborate with engineering teams on best practices and technical solutions
Serve as a technical resource for assigned projects and initiatives
Contribute innovative ideas to improve platform performance and user experience
Requirements
Salesforce Certification required
8+ years of Salesforce development experience
Experience with Apex, JavaScript, and additional technologies such as Java, Node.js, or React
Working knowledge of SQL and relational databases
Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP
Understanding of networking fundamentals including TCP/IP, firewalls, and proxies
Strong problem-solving and communication skills
