We are seeking an Aerospace Engineering Team Leader to manage a dynamic design engineering team in Albany, GA.
Responsibilities include leading the team, developing project schedules, coordinating across departments, overseeing FAA and DER interfaces, driving process improvements, and reporting to the VP of Engineering.
Qualifications require a Bachelor's in Mechanical or Aerospace Engineering with 10+ years of experience (or a Master's with 5+ years), at least 5 years of managerial experience, proficiency in SolidWorks, EPDM, MS Office, FAA regulations, and strong organizational and communication skills.
