The Factory Sustainable Engineering (FSE) team drives manufacturing excellence through tooling innovation, process optimization, factory automation, and continuous improvement. The team collaborates with manufacturing, process, equipment, quality, maintenance engineering, and production teams to improve productivity, reduce operating costs, increase equipment reliability, and enhance process capability.

About the role - you will:

• Support tooling development and manufacturing process optimization projects.
• Develop mechanical tooling designs using SolidWorks.
• Perform CAD simulation analysis to validate tooling concepts.
• Create 2D drawings and 3D CAD models.
• Support tooling prototype fabrication using CNC and milling machines.
• Design parts and generate G-code for 3D printing and rapid prototyping.
• Analyze tooling performance and identify tooling improvement opportunities.
• Prepare tooling performance and problem analysis reports.
• Support tooling implementation and validation activities.
• Prepare final technical documentation.
• Demonstrate leadership and presentation skills while supporting project activities.

About you:

• Diploma or degree in Mechanical Engineering, Production Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, Automation Engineering, or a related engineering discipline.
• Demonstrates leadership and effective presentation skills.
• Communicates effectively in English.

Your experience includes:

• Hands-on experience with SolidWorks for mechanical design, 2D and 3D CAD modeling, and simulation analysis.
• Knowledge of EPDM or a similar drawing and document control system.
• Experience with prototype machining, including CNC and milling machines.
• Experience with 3D printing design and G-code generation for rapid prototyping.
• Knowledge of semiconductor, electronics, or high-volume manufacturing environments is an advantage.
