PAY RANGE

The Target Pay Range for this position is $128,900.00-$157,500.00 annually. The full Pay Range is $99,900.00 - $186,400.00 annually. At BECU, compensation decisions are determined using factors such as relevant job-related skills, experience, and education or training. Should an offer for employment be made, we will consider individual qualifications. In addition to your salary, compensation incentives are available for the hired applicant. Incentives are performance based and targets vary by role.

To join our dynamic team, we require candidates to be residents of WA, CA, VA, NC, OR, ID, AZ, TX, GA, or SC.Ifyou'relocatedin Washington state and within a reasonable driving distance from Tukwila, we arerequestingthat you come into our HQ on Tuesdays & Wednesdays.For those candidates that live outside the commute distance of TFC and in any of our approved remote work locations, this role will be remote. IMPACT YOU'LL MAKE

As a Senior Enterprise Project Manager at BECU,you'lllead complex, cross-functional initiatives that help move strategic priorities from vision to execution.You'llbring structure to high-impact programs, align stakeholders across the organization, and guide teams through planning, delivery, and successful implementation.

By managing risks, navigating dependencies, and fostering collaboration across business and technology teams,you'llensure initiatives stay on track and deliver measurable value. Your leadership will strengthen how BECU executes enterprise work-helping teams move forward with clarity, accountability, and confidence.

Your ability to turn complex initiatives into successful outcomes will directly contribute to BECU's continued growth, innovation, and service to our members.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Lead Complex Enterprise Initiatives:Manage one or more complex projects from initiation through completion, guiding teams through planning, execution, delivery, and closure.

Drive Alignment Across Teams:Facilitatecollaborative requirements gathering with business and technology stakeholders to define clear project outcomes, scope, andobjectives.

Establish Strong Project Governance:Determineand implementappropriate governancestructures and lead steering committee meetings to ensure transparency and accountability.

Develop Comprehensive Project Plans:Create andmaintaindetailed work plans, timelines, and resource plans for complex initiatives and specialized technology projects.

Manage Project Financials:Oversee project budgets and forecasts, reconcile actual expenses against forecasts, and review or approve project-related invoices.

Coordinate Cross-Team Dependencies:Identifyand manage dependencies across teams, ensuring alignment andtimelycommunication throughout the project lifecycle.

Proactively Manage Risks:Track and manage risks, issues, and decisions (RaID) whileidentifyingand removing obstacles that couldimpactdelivery.

Lead Project Communication:Establishand execute communication strategies that keep stakeholders informed and engaged at every stage of the project.

Support Successful Releases:Facilitaterelease planning, go-live activities, and post-implementation support for projects and product delivery teams.

Mentor and Develop Others:Provide coaching and mentorship to associate project managers and project team members to strengthen delivery capability.

Improve Project Delivery Practices:Lead or contribute to initiatives that improve project management processes and delivery practices within the Enterprise Project Management Office (EPMO).

Take on Additional Responsibilities:Perform other duties as assigned to support the evolving needs of the team and organization.

QUALIFICATIONS

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor's degree with emphasis inBusiness, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent work or educational experiencerequired.

Minimum 7 years of experience leading complex enterprise or technology initiatives, with proven ability to manage project governance, resource planning, timelines, and financials while delivering projects using Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid methodologies andleveragingindustry-standard project management tools.

Demonstrated ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously, applying strong conceptual, analytical, organizational, and critical thinking skills to drive successful delivery outcomes.

Desired Qualifications

Advanced degree preferred.

Professional project management certificationsuch as PMP, Certified Scrum Master (CSM), or similar Agile certification preferred.
