The Credentialed Trainer reports directly to the Business Analyst Manager and has a matrixed relationship with the Credentialed Trainer Manager. The Credentialed Trainer is responsible for facilitating Epic end user classroom training courses for an application designed by Partners eCare (PeC) certified Instructional Designer. Credentialed trainers support the set up and takedown of classroom training space, the distribution of training materials and supplies and classroom quality control. This includes the administration of proficiency assessments and class evaluations at the end of each session and sharing ideas to improve the effectiveness of the training with the course Instructional Designer. The Credentialed trainer may also be required to develop supplemental training materials as needed to support training both classroom and non-classroom based.

  • Lead user training using the curriculum designed by PeC certified instructional designers
  • Follow up on any outstanding questions that arise in the classroom
  • Collect valuable feedback from trainees in class and report that information to the PeC certified instructional designer
  • Develop supplemental and non-classroom training materials
  • Help instructional designers update training material, test lesson plans and training environment build
  • Facilitate study halls and personalization labs for providers or other attendees
  • Administer user proficiency assessments and in-system checklists
  • Administer post-live refresher, optimization, and skills enhancement training
  • Same responsibilities as Credentialed Trainer Plus:
  • Mentor associate and credentialed trainers
  • Design non-classroom training programs
  • Develop post-live refresher, optimization and skills enhancement training
  • Support Business Analyst activities as needed

Pay Transparency Statement

The hiring range is based on market pay structures, with individual salaries determined by factors such as business needs, market conditions, internal equity, and based on the candidate’s relevant experience, skills and qualifications.

For union positions, the pay range is determined by the Collective Bargaining Agreement (CBA).
