Oversees all aspects of Surface Mount Technology (SMT) equipment and Wave soldering machines and processes, including maintenance, repair, optimization, and continuous improvement.RESPONSIBILITIES
- Define and document operation and preventive maintenance procedures for SMT and wave machines.
- Perform routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of SMT equipment, as well as assisting with asset management.
- Perform preventive maintenance for SMT machines.
- Create and maintained machine spare parts.
- Provide training to technician and operator on SMT machines.
- Design and implement new tools to help improve quality and productivity.
- Provide engineering support to production lines.
- Coordinate facilities work with the division.
QUALIFICATIONS
- EDUCATION: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or the equivalent job experience.
- EXPERIENCE: Minimum 5 years SMT manufacturing experience.
- SKILLS: Has academic functional skills needed to perform assigned tasks. Computer literate. Strong communication skill.Lead teams, ensure compliance with standards, and drive efficiency in SMT production.
