Core Responsibilities
- Support global CMMS/CAMS deployment and maintenance process standardization across manufacturing sites.
- Assess current maintenance practices and identify gaps to future-state processes.
- Act as CMMS/EAM Subject Matter Expert (SME) during system implementation and adoption.
- Support maintenance work management lifecycle:
- Work Identification
- Planning
- Scheduling
- Execution
- Close-Out
- Support data migration, asset structures, maintenance plans, and master data validation.
- Provide training reinforcement, coaching, hypercare, and post-go-live support.
- Drive stakeholder engagement and change adoption across Maintenance, Engineering, Operations, Quality, and Leadership teams.
- Support continuous improvement, reliability, and asset management initiatives.
Must-Have Skills
- Bachelor's Degree + 4 years (or Advanced Degree + 2 years) in Maintenance, Equipment, Manufacturing, Reliability, or related Engineering field.
- Strong experience with:
- CMMS / EAM Systems
- Maintenance Work Management
- Preventive Maintenance Programs
- Asset Lifecycle Management
- Reliability Engineering
- Experience in manufacturing/operations environments.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Experience leading projects and working in cross-functional environments.
