Escrow Operations Specialist for a Premiere Title Company in Coraopolis, PA. We are seeking an experienced title and escrow professional with a strong background in Closing Disclosure (CD) and Settlement Statement preparation. This role will serve as a key operational resource supporting multiple functions within the title and escrow process, including pre-closing, closing coordination, settlement preparation, scheduling, post-closing, and funding support.
The Escrow Operations Specialist is responsible for the specific duties listed below.
Your specific duties will include:
- Prepare and review Closing Disclosures (CDs) and Settlement Statements for residential real estate transactions.
- Coordinate and schedule closings with buyers, sellers, lenders, attorneys, real estate agents, and other parties.
- Review files prior to closing to ensure all documentation and conditions have been satisfied.
- Assist with balancing transactions and verifying closing figures.
- Support funding and disbursement processes.
- Perform post-closing functions, including file review, document follow-up, and issue resolution.
- Communicate with internal departments and external partners to ensure timely and accurate closings.
- Serve as a cross-functional resource capable of assisting in multiple operational areas during periods of increased volume or employee absences.
- Identify and resolve transaction issues while maintaining compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
Required qualifications for the position include:
- 5+ years of experience in title, escrow, or settlement services.
- Strong expertise preparing Closing Disclosures (CDs) and Settlement Statements.
- Experience supporting the full closing lifecycle, including scheduling, pre-close, closing, funding, and post-closing activities.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
- Experience working with title, escrow, or settlement software platforms.
Pay Rate Range: $22.00 -$30.00/hr DOE
Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies, and experience, and location. Employees have access to healthcare benefits, including medical, dental, and vision as well as a 401(k) plan.
