Responsibilities include performing quantity take-offs, pricing, bidding, site visits, and developing project strategies.
Candidate will manage estimation teams, mentor junior staff, and ensure bid accuracy while maintaining client and subcontractor relationships.
Qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, 10+ years of estimating experience for projects over $20M, proficiency with HeavyBid and Agtek, and strong understanding of construction principles.
Preferred candidates have heavy civil project experience over $100M, design-build knowledge, and bid management skills.
Travel is approximately 20%, with occasional overnight stays.
Position involves some supervisory duties, physical demands, and standard office hours.
