They specialize in large-scale public and private projects, particularly government, municipal, aviation, multi-family residential, and commercial renovation work.Job DescriptionReview project plans and specifications to prepare detailed cost estimates for education and municipal construction projects. Analyze labor, material, equipment, and subcontractor costs to develop competitive bids. Collaborate with project managers, architects, and clients to ensure estimates align with project goals and timelines. Evaluate historical data and market trends to improve accuracy and refine future estimates. Strong analytical abilities to assess project drawings, specifications, costs, and schedules with precision. Skilled in the use of construction estimating software and industry-standard cost management tools.
