About the Job
The primary function of the Sr. Concrete Estimator is to provide accurate bid proposals and comprehensive scope analysis for potential construction projects. Additional responsibilities include detailed quote review, effective project management, and efficient material purchasing. You will prepare precise pricing estimates on new projects and provide accurate estimations for change orders on existing contracts. Utilize sound judgment, industry expertise, and experience when calculating purchasing, concrete labor, equipment, and transportation costs to arrive at a full cost estimate, ensuring appropriate profit margins to achieve the Company’s strategic and financial goals.
Additionally, you will play a pivotal role in business development efforts, proactively identifying and pursuing new business opportunities. You will establish and nurture client relationships, participate in networking activities, and contribute to strategic planning to expand the company's market presence. Ultimately, your role will leverage your estimating and project management expertise to effectively grow and sustain business opportunities, enhancing the company's overall growth and profitability.

Compensation and Benefits Competitive Annual Salary based on qualifications, skills, training, experience, and location.
Salary: $120k/year - $160k/year
Discretionary Annual Bonus: Subject to company performance and individual contribution.
