Candidate will collaborate cross-functionally, evaluate proposals, and develop value engineering options to optimize project efficiency.
Post-award support and bid schedule management are essential.
Qualifications require 10+ years of experience, strong knowledge of Design-Build and Plan & Spec methods, proficiency with estimating tools, and expertise in industrial piping and HVAC systems.
Preferred candidates have heavy industrial estimating experience and advanced process piping skills.
