With a strong reputation in the Southeast and an expanding project pipeline, the company offers a family-oriented culture and significant opportunities for career advancement.The Sr Estimator - QSR Projects - Remote will be responsible for:Prepare detailed cost estimates, budgets, and bid packages for commercial and civil construction projects.Analyze drawings, specifications, subcontractor proposals, and project requirements to develop accurate pricing.Support preconstruction activities from project pursuit through contract award.Collaborate with company leadership, operations teams, subcontractors, and vendors throughout the estimating process.Evaluate project risks, opportunities, and scope gaps to ensure complete and competitive proposals.Assist with value engineering initiatives and cost-saving recommendations.Maintain relationships with subcontractors and suppliers to secure competitive pricing.Support estimating efforts for quick-service restaurant developments and other commercial projects.Participate in occasional site visits and project reviews as needed.Contribute to process improvements and best practices within the estimating function.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
