Description:

  • The Sr Events Manager will oversee the event marketing process, including strategic planning, creative development, execution, measurement, and communication of such events (may be internal or external).
  • This role will be responsible for developing and executing events that support the client's brand, business, and communication objectives.
  • The role will work cross-functionally with multiple internal departments, properties, agencies, and senior-level leadership.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Lead strategic development and execution of major events 25%
  • Establish and manage relationships with key internal and external stakeholders 20%
  • Lead and manage the event agency 15%
  • Prepare and present strategies and programs to senior leadership 5%
  • Establish key performance indicators, measure, and deliver results 5%
  • Oversee event budget 15%
  • Also responsible for other Duties/Projects as assigned by business management as needed. 15%

Work Experience:

  • 4-7 years of experience in developing and executing major events.
  • 4-7 years of proven experience in creating and managing major high-profile events to drive business andbrand growth.
  • 4-7 years of proven experience leading cross-functional teams and agency partners.
