Will work as a bridge between customers and engineering teams. Will use customer input and sales information to develop and implement in applications. Will provide technical/Commercial support to customers by responding to feedback. Will often perform installations and maintenance and perform sales presentations and demonstrations at customer end & Seminars. Will perform customer analysis to create applications that respond to their needs and provide innovative solutions to common problems. Will support engineering team in prototyping applications & Specification finalization to ensure products are satisfactory. Will often work with customer service team during New product development & placement, MTO Tracking & MIS Preparation.
